Yoga & Meditation
Beginning in June 2023, we will offer a monthly session of Slow Flow Yoga during the day and bi-monthly intergenerational evening sessions of Restorative Yoga, both led and organized by Rev. Neema Cyrus-Franklin, an ordained clergyperson and certified yoga instructor in social justice and trauma-informed practice from the Tree Yoga Cooperative.

Creative Arts
Beginning in July 2023, we will host virtual paint and poetry sessions with one of our community partners, local poet, E.Dot Marie. E.Dot is a local educator who since the COVID-19 pandemic, teaches online art courses for the community. She will lead three virtual painting and poetry workshops based on Galatians 5:22-23 and the “fruits of the spirit.” supporting spiritual formation and fostering mental and spiritual health through creativity and the arts. 31-Day Prayer Challenge
Beginning in August 2023, we will launch this year’s 31-Day Prayer challenge, a guided practice of prayer through journaling. Each morning, participants write a scripture and share thoughts in light of the text in an online forum. Participants convene weekly in Zoom with a clergy facilitator, Pastor Linda Furtado of Cross Vocational, to reflect on their prayer journeys and receive group coaching support for their prayer practice.
