In partnership with Master of Social Work students from California State University, Long Beach and Being the Church, Long Beach, the Get Well Mental Health Series aims to help the well being and mental health of Inglewood and wider community.
This session will be led by leaders of the Tree Yoga Cooperative in Los Angeles, CA. They will explore the relationship between breathing and wellness and help us gain tools for stronger mental health through intentional breathing.
