Guest Speaker: Quincy Brown Sr.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Graduated from Gardena HS. Quincy has been married for 19years and preparing to celebrate 20years in November of 2025. He is the father of two adolescent children, 15-year-old Madysen and 12-year-old Quincy Brown II.
He Obtained his Bachelor of Science & MBA degrees in Business Management & Business Administration, from the University of Pheonix. Currently employed with the Northrop Grumman Corporation for 21 years and counting. Quincy is currently the Logistics Manager for the Strategic Space Systems Division, Redondo Beach site. Previously held responsibilities covering Advanced Composites Fabrication, the Advanced Manufacturing Center Production Control and Distribution teams and managed front-line leadership and staff level personnel for MRP and Make Integration. These teams worked in direct support of high-rate production with 24-hour activities, spanning multiple programs including F-18 Jet Fighter, F-35 Next Generation Fighter, E2D & B2 Bomber aircraft programs and requiring direct integration with Warehouse Kitting and Distribution, Shipping/Receiving and Transportation Services.
Quincy is no stranger to collaboration, barrier removal and identifying efficiency opportunities.
In addition, Quincy is an entrepreneur, collaborating in business with his wife Atta’ya (A’tia) Reed-Brown. Together they run Legacy Builders Enterprises, Legacy Builders Real Estate Group, and co-host the Hiz & Herz Perspective podcast on YouTube, with more than 18k subscribers. They focus on business and life coaching, counseling, real estate sales, property management and motivational speaking and video production. Quincy & Atta’ya (A’tia) have an amazing passion for people, sharing mentorship, guidance, and purpose. All these accolades have only been possible through the grace and favor of God, which are the center of Quincy’s life and the foundation of his family and the way he was raised.
