Guest Preacher: Minister Tanya Boucicaut
Hailing from Virginia Beach, Minister Tanya Boucicaut (Boo-see-coo) is an artist, writer, editor, yogi, minister, and youth advocate. She has been licensed since 2014 under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. E. Ray Cox, Sr., at New Hope Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. She is a General Board member for the Baptist General Convention of Virginia. She holds degrees from the College of William and Mary, Virginia Union University, and is currently a Ph.D. student at George Mason University. She also has a youth and theology certificate from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Yoga Teacher Training certificate from The Tree Yoga Cooperative. Throughout her service, Minister Tanya always approaches life with wonder, excitement, humor, and joy as she continues to discover and explore the beauty this God-given life offers.
