Eastertide is more than an extended celebration of the resurrection of Jesus. The original purpose of the Easter season was to continue the formation of new Christians in the faith. Whether we experience joy, challenge, sadness or surprise, we strive to live authentically in a “new attitude” in Christ.
To get a new attitude in Christ, we must repent from the old attitude. Let us turn away from distractions and turn back to God!
